Hello Archuleta Community!
DPS has been implementing Thrillshare Rooms. This will be our new two-way classroom/homeroom communication tool. The new DPS app offers district and school news, upcoming events and push notifications for important and urgent announcements. Key Features include access to all your children's school-related information in one secure place, direct communication with teachers, classroom updates & reminders, while supporting our multilingual families. You will still be receiving email communications as well as text messages depending on the urgency of the communication.
Step 1: Download the DPS App >
Download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Families can also download the app by scrolling down on our website https://lenaarchuleta.dpsk12.org/ and clicking on
and choosing .
Get Feed updates by subscribing and selecting Lena Archuleta Elementary School from the dropdown menu under Feed.
Step 2: Navigate to Rooms >
Rooms allows you to send messages to Archuleta teachers! It works on both mobile and desktop.
On the bottom menu, click on “Rooms”.
You will be prompted to choose your preferred language.
Log in using your email or phone number. Use your phone or email address that you have listed in the Parent Portal.
Once logged in, you should be automatically added to in your student’s Archuleta classroom.
Step 3: Enable Notifications >
The app supports push notifications and SMS alerts so you don’t miss important updates.
When you first open the app, allow notifications. If prompted later, go to: Settings > Notifications > Denver Public Schools, and toggle on Allow Notifications.
Step 4: Navigate the App >
Live Feed/ School News: Access Lena Archuleta Elementary and DPS news, Archuleta school events, calendars and menus.
Announcements & Alerts: Important updates come via push alerts, SMS or in-app messages.

Logging In: Use your phone or email address that you have listed in the Parent Portal. If neither works when signing in, contact the school office.
Access from Computer: You can also log in via browser at rooms.thrillshare.com
App Issues: If the app isn’t working properly, try updating the app.
